Deepwood Veterinary Clinic

This is an amazing veterinary practice! We’ve been bringing our dogs here for over 10 years. We’ve come to Deepwood for everything from wellness checks, to routine immunizations to emergencies (e.g. snake bite). Highly recommended. Every part of the practice is exceptional, from the check in desk, to the Vet Techs to the Vets. Large waiting room & 2 entrances/exits allow separation between your pet(s) and others when coming & going (especially helpful for our large curious dogs). They understand our dogs’ behavioral tendencies, and have an expert way of keeping them comfortable and calm during our visits. Their treatment reminder emails keep us on track. Ample parking & potty area. If you’re looking for a vet, you’ll thank yourself for trying Deepwood.

These are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. The staff is insulting and dismissive. They will add all types of hidden fees to your bill, and if you have an issue and would like to speak to someone about your account, they will lie and say someone from management will give you a call when the veterinarian is the owner of the practice. You won't get a call, and if you ask for your records to discuss the treatment of your pet, they will suggest that you have ended your treatment with them and state that your pet can no longer be seen there. I've called and left messages for a manager to contact me and received no calls back. I've been hung on and talked to very rudely by the staff. Anytime I brought my dog in for a visit, I left with a bill of $450 to $500 each time. They will gaslight you with a hundred different excuses and, depending on your dog's breed, suggest that your pet is viscous and document this and make it hard for you to get another vet. I'm not sure how, but I will shed light on this practice and unethical ways of doing business. Save yourself a headache and money and avoid them by all means. God bless.

Our dog Prairie always received the absolutely the very best care with each and every visit! All the veterinarian doctor's at Deepwood Veterinary Clinic are all top notch! Each of their employees with their individual expertises are educated in helping our animals which was always a super wonderful attribute and comforting! My husband and I couldn't of asked for a better practice to have our dog taken care of! Deepwood is certainly the very BEST because within their practice everyone cares 100%!!!
